Amherst has launched the BIG initiative to modernize our administrative business systems and processes, and a key part of the work is to identify and implement a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Workday has emerged as one of the ERP vendors who we believe can meet our needs. College faculty and staff are invited to the overview demonstration for a chance to see the product first-hand and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Attend a presentation by possible implementation partners. ERP Vendors (such as Workday) do not manage all aspects of a college’s ERP transition and instead work with third-party companies who facilitate the work of the transition with technical, hands-on support as we create our new business processes and systems. We are meeting and evaluating three possible implementation partners, who will be a visible presence on campus during the entire ERP transition. We hope you will attend the presentations to learn more and share your feedback. The event is open to Amherst faculty, staff and students.
