Payroll info prior to January 1, 2021

Instructions for accessing AC Data:

  1. Log in to AC Data: https://acdata.amherst.edu
  2. Enter your Amherst College User ID and Password in the appropriate fields and click “Submit”
  3. Click “Employees” on the right side of the screen
  4. To view pay advices - Click “Pay Advices” on the left side of the screen
  5. To view W-2s - Click “Tax Information” on the left side of the screen
    Note: the print settings on individual computers may need to be adjusted to print your pay stub on one page

All Pay Advices and W-2 AFTER January 1, 2021 will be available in Workday.
