Saint Andrew's Application

INTERNAL APPLICATION DUE: NOV 1, 2023

Before beginning your application, please consult the Saint Andrew's Scholarship Overview, which explains the history and purpose of the award, eligibility requirements, the application process, guidelines for recommenders, and additional important information and resources.

The application materials will be submitted by sending via email to Christine Overstreet.

Candidates must apply through the College. The campus process includes receiving essay feedback and guidance from the Office of Fellowships; submitting all application materials to Christine, and requesting recommendation letters to be sent by the internal deadline. Applications will be reviewed by the campus Committee on Student Fellowships (and may include an interview), who will decide whom to endorse as the nominee. That candidate must also apply to the university indicated on the application. The candidate will revise the application as advised, inform recommenders of final submission procedures, and then submit the application to the Fellowships Office. The Director of Fellowships will forward it to Saint Andrew’s. Amherst may nominate only one candidate to Saint Andrew's.
